Welcome to Paytience Indicators Inc. These Terms of Service / Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our trading indicator software and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
1. Acceptance of Terms - By using or purchasing any of the software or services provided by Paytience Indicators Inc., CryptoMason Inc., and Megbzk Inc., you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
2. Services Description - Paytience Indicators Inc. provides software tools that exist on TradingView.com to assist users in analyzing markets, including but not limited to cryptocurrency, stocks, and forex markets. These tools are designed for informational purposes only.
3. No Investment Advice
a. The content provided through our services, including all software, tools, graphics, data, and any other information, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice.
b. Paytience Indicators Inc., along with its subsidiaries CryptoMason Inc. and Megbzk Inc., does not offer investment advice, endorsements, analysis, or recommendations with respect to any securities or financial instruments.
c. Users should conduct their own due diligence and consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
d. Any discussions, information, or content on our Discord server or any other communication channels are not intended as, and shall not be understood or construed as, financial advice.
4. Third-Party Platforms
a. Paytience Indicators Inc. is not affiliated with TradingView.com or Discord. While our software operates on the TradingView platform and our community server is hosted on Discord, we are independent entities and have no official partnership or affiliation with these platforms.
b. Any use of TradingView.com and Discord is subject to the respective terms and conditions of these platforms.
5. Limitation of Liability
a. Paytience Indicators Inc., including its directors, employees, partners, affiliates, subsidiaries (CryptoMason Inc. and Megbzk Inc.), and agents, will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our services.
b. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided and will not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on such information.
6. Intellectual Property Rights- All intellectual property rights in the software, services, and all material published on our platforms are owned by Paytience Indicators Inc. and its licensors. You agree not to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or work contained on or derived from our services.
7. Indemnification- You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Paytience Indicators Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
8. Governing Law- These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Amendments to Terms - We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
